2. Hosting (Cloudflare)

This site is served as a static website via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Technically necessary connection data (IP address, date/time, browser type, referrer) are processed in server log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, performant operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition.

3. Cookies and consent management

On your first visit a cookie banner lets you decide: Necessary (always active, incl. storing your choice), Analytics and Marketing. Without your consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are set (Google Consent Mode v2). You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Contact / enquiry form (LeadConnector / HighLevel)

Our enquiry form uses the services of HighLevel Inc. (LeadConnector), USA. The data you submit (e.g. name, e-mail, phone, your request) is processed to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is stored in our CRM at HighLevel; transfer to the USA is based on Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads

We use Google Tag Manager for consent-controlled loading of services. Subject to your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (anonymous reach measurement, truncated IP) and Google Ads (conversion measurement and remarketing). Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), revocable at any time.

6. Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)

Subject to your consent (Marketing category) we use the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. to measure conversions and serve advertising. Data may be transferred to Meta (including to the USA).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Please use the contact details above.
